We do not offer returns or refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
However... store credit or replacement may be offer on a case by case basis for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Order Issues
At She So Sadity, we take pride in providing quality pieces that elevate your wardrobe. If for any reason your item is damaged or incorrect, please review our guidelines below. Please include the following below within 24 hours and our team will review it for possible store credit or replacement. Store credit is never guaranteed and is issued only after our team reviews and approves your claim. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To be considered for store credit:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Include your order number
- Present photos of the issues
- Provide a short description
Replacement
If your item is eligible for replacement we ensure every client receives fresh, unworn pieces, all returns must meet the following if a return is required.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
Returns must be initiated within 3–7 days of delivery
No visible signs of wear, including makeup, deodorant, or scent
Items purchased on regular, sale, clearance, or marked as final are all final.
Store Credit Only
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
