At She So Sadity, every item is carefully inspected and prepared before shipping. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene, quality, and inventory control reasons.

- Returns
- Refunds
- Exchanges
- Order Cancellation
- Size Changes

Order Issues
At She So Sadity, we take pride in providing quality pieces that elevate your wardrobe. If for any reason your item: Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact customer service within 24 hours via email with the following subjects:
- Your Name
- Include your order number
- Photo/ Videos of the item and packaging
Replacement
If your item is eligible for replacement we ensure every client receives updated, unworn pieces, all returns must meet the following if a return is required.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
Returns must be initiated within 3–7 days of delivery
No visible signs of wear, including makeup, deodorant, or scent
Items purchased on regular, sale, clearance, or marked as final are all final.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for paying new shipping fees before the order can be reshipped.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
