Q. Why hasn't my tracking updated?
A. It may take 24-48 hours for tracking to reflect movement once shipping time begins.
Q. Can I change my address after ordering?

Q. Can I return or get a refund?

Q. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Q. My packages says delivered but I didn't recieve it.
A. Please check with the carrier or your local post office. Sometimes your local post office will still have your package. We are not responsible for packages marked ''Delivered" See " Shipping & Delivery" Section on website for more info. and details.
